THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture and Biotechnology organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a family business in the crop protection industry, by the use of biological products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a corporate manager regulatory affairs you will be influencing policy makers in order to ensure that (inter)national legislation facilitates future innovations and protects the environment and wellbeing of human nature.
You will further be responsible for the development of the strategy and objectives for RA and QA, management of a highly professional international team and influence decision making on international legislation.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience with regulatory affairs (quality assurance)
- 4-6 years of management experience
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory guidelines
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to prioritise and allocate resources, and being able to manage a professional team
- International orientation; willingness to travel 1 a month (on average)
