Currently for our client, an international pharmaceutical company located in Warsaw, we are looking for Coordinator Of Administrative Team
In the scope of your activities will beproviding global collaboration between front and back offices, balancing the shifts and workload of individual senior administrators taking into account sick leaves, absences, holidays, training new joiners, ensuring that all members of team have measurable goals and an individual development plan, documenting all process and training material, staying up to date with changes in the organisation. You will lead regular team review sessions and escalating customer concerns needed.
What you'll need to succeed?Desired candidate should have at least two years of previous experience in people and process management, a passion for customer service, ability to take the initiative to rapidly changing priorities, excellent time management and organizational skills. Due to international scope of activities at this position you have to be good in English.
