Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als specialist op het gebied van planning, maintenance en verbetering draag ben je de spil binnen de Maintenance & Engineering afdeling. In deze positie ben je als Coördinator verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en beheren van het onderhoud maar tevens ook voor de kalibratie aan de productie-installaties in de plant.
De kennis op verbetervlak die je in voorgaande Maintenance posities hebt opgedaan gebruik je om ondersteuning te geven aan de gehele Maintenance & Engineering afdeling. De organisatie is recentelijk gestart om de focus te leggen op meer preventief werken. Ervaring in TPM-of verbeter omgevingen is dus gepast.
Naast alle onderhouds- en planningswerkzaamheden ben je nauw betrokken bij zaken op het gebied van safety binnen de plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coördineren van onderhoud.
- Plannen van onderhoud.
- Uitvoeren kalibratie aan productie-en gebouw gebonden installaties.
- Beheren van onderhoudsplannen en concepten.
- Begeleiden van team in preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
- Actief toezien op veiligheidsprocessen in de productie-omgeving.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Constructietechniek, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde.
- 2-3 jaar ervaring in bijvoorbeeld een Reliability positie.
- 5+ jaar ervaring met Maintenance en productie-omgevingen.
- Kennis van verbeterconcepten (TPM, 5S, Lean).
- VCA-VOL gecertificeerd.
