Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als coördinator geef jij leiding aan een ervaren en dynamisch team van analisten. Zij houden zich bezig met de routinematige analyse van zuivelproducten, en als coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de werkprocessen en het goed in de gaten houden van het productieproces. Binnen het team heerst er een informele werksfeer met directe communicatielijnen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Het aansturen en optimaliseren van de werkprocessen;
- het opstellen van werklijsten;
- Het productieproces monitoren;
- Waar nodig de analisten bijsturen en coachen.
REQUIREMENTS
- Een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of een aanverwant vakgebied;
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring, of affiniteit;
- Ervaring met zuivelproducten is een pré.
