A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznā is looking for an experienced Controlling Team Leader.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include : leading and coaching a team of Business Controllers to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded, supporting with various presentations, preparing and running sales reports (to sales representatives and managers). You will also carry out recruitment, assessment and development conversations, focal point for the total team e.g. at escalations during the daily process and prepare monthly sales incentive reports etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will have a University degree preferably in finance/accounting or business administration, min. of 4-5 years working experience in controlling, at least 1 year of team management and also some projects leading /supporting experience. You should have advanced knowledge of controlling, excellent knowledge of English (C1), MS Office and SAP, especially SAP BW. Moreover, experience in external customer contact will be an asset.
