Controlling Specialist z j. niemieckim
Lokalizacja: PoznańFor our Client, a Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Controlling Specialist with German language skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reporting, budgeting & forecasting of selected departments. Assist department heads in their budget and forecast process with actual cost analysis, based on corporate guidelines and departments heads input.
- Consolidation of cost reports & forecasts, Cash Flow forecasts, etc.
- Accrual calculations including, monthly accruals, special accruals and provisions, employee related accruals and provisions
- Analysis of P&L impact and cash impact, communicate with various business partners in achieving information transparency, assuring high data quality and accuracy.
- Project controlling in monitoring the project spending against project budget, providing monthly cost analysis to project manager, preparation ad-hoc analysis requested by project manager or management.
- Intercompany recharging controlling.
- Miscellaneous reporting
Requirements:
- At least University Bachelor degree in accounting, controlling or finance
- 2-3 years experience as a controller / controlling specialist in an international business environment, including: SG&A or FP&A Controlling and Project Controlling
- Knowledge of MS-Excel, SAP FI/CO/SD
- High analytic skills, fast learning, proactive in problem solving, taking ownership of the tasks
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on attitude, open-minded
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing) and German (speaking & writing)
