Key Accountabilities
Cost Controlling
- Cost controlling for cost centers per expense account
- Approval workflow for external invoices
- Standard & ad-hoc cost reporting
- Cost charging
- Managing capex workflows
- Budget and forecasting processes for cost centers
- Preparation and provision of standardized Reports (OPEX / Services etc.) based on SAP
- Analysis and distribution of OPEX-data to relevant stakeholders (Business-Owner/Finance)
- Month-end- /Year-end- closing for dedicated cost-centers in quality and time
- Preparation, coordination & booking of monthly liabilities for missing items
Desired Experience & Knowledge
Good financial education / qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance (min. 3 years)
- Experience in working in virtual teams
- Cost controlling experience and know how in finance processes
- Good English and German skills in verbal and writing (min. B2)
- Working independently and under time pressure
- Good teamwork- and networking- / high communication- skills
- Customer orientation

- Good SAP and MS know how
