Contracts & Procurement Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Managing ad-hoc communications (CP1 days, presentations, yammer etc) as appropriate.
- Contacting verbal and via mail with suppliers, co - workers, steakholders.
- Putting the contracts together with the trades.
- Providing reporting to Sites/Business"/Senior Management as appropriate.
- Managing weekly SAP/FOD calls to ensure alignment with all external suppliers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in Contracting & Procurement, requisition to pay processes, ERP/IT systems, and/or SAP Ariba - highly desired.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to deal with multiple parallel activities & priorities and constant change.
- Customer Focus and ability to display Interpersonal Effectiveness.
- Ability to develop pragmatic and smart solutions to challenges.
- Knowledge of Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP) is a plus.
