On behalf of our Client – the SSC of a well-known company located in PoznaÅ„– we’re looking for candidates for the position of: Contract Management Specialist.
Your new role
You will participate in various IT contract projects, be responsible for vendor& material creation process, and manage documents administration. You will also be a member of a team that is in the process of rolling out new contract and vendor management technology and framework. Your role will also include working with the life cycle of IT contract management, incl. negotiations, renegotiations and keeping contract current with market conditions and supporting business and Senior Contract Managers with creation of Service Orders.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have a university degree, minimum 1 year of experience which includes contract management in a global environment and strong analytical skills. You also need to know English very well and have knowledge of Sharepoint(Office 365, Microsoft Teams). Additionally, knowledge of IT or legal background and Ariba experience would be a huge asset. If you also have an eye for details, management & communication skills – you are the one that we’re looking for!
