We are looking for HR professional to join HR admin team in this exciting company.
While working as a Contract Management Administrator you will be responsible for generating new employment document for either a new employee or when there is a change in the employment terms. The main priority of the role is to ensure the correct employment document appropriate for the relevant employment circumstances is ready for the employee to sign, and issued as required.
The Contract Administratorduties include, but not limited to, for the following tasks:

The Contract Administratorduties include, but not limited to, for the following tasks:
- Prepare job offers
- Prepare employment documents
- Obtaining relevant and appropriate signatures to the employment documents
- Responsible for updating and communicating the progress to the relevant parties
- Provide guidance and training to new team members
Requirements
- Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant job experience (employee contract management)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Accuracy and attention to details
