The Skawina site specializes in the design, production, painting and assembly of wiper blades, arms and mechanisms as well as motors. Currently, the branch employs over 1,400 people. The annual production of all products is over 30,000,000 pieces.

Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: SkawinaNr Ref.: VPS/VWS
Responsibilities:
- Deploy standards related to continuous improvements and best practices like 5S, Indicators follow up, Autoquality workshops, Hoshin, SMED, Kanban, TPM, VSA;
- Lead internal continuous improvements trainings and workshops;
- Help to define the layout of the plant;
- Manage implementation of the tools of the Factory of the Future;
- Ensure lean reporting at plant level.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in technical area;
- Experience on a similar position in production company, preferably in automotive industry;
- Good knowledge of production processes and tools;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and very good knowledge
- of MS Office;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to cope with stress, result orientation and accuracy
- with precision is a must.
