The Successful Candidate will be working as a part of a team responsible for maintaining excellent customer care at the highest level,answering queriesof the clients via telephone, providing appropriate informationregarding product of the company and building proper relationshipswithclients.
As ideal Candidatefor this position you need to have very good command of Germanor Frenchas well as good English skills.Previous experience in multinational environmentin the area of helpdesk or customer service will be an asset. Also, you have to be available for shiftwork and feel good working in a team.Furthermore, knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills are necessary to be considered a successful Candidate.
