Compliance & Supplier Performance Administrator
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders internally to build comprehensive overview of supplier performance and contract compliance for continued success. Assist and drive the development and implementation of strategies and projects related to supply base optimization, local contracting strategies, identify and evaluate critical suppliers, ensure contract compliance, manage the approval or rejection of new suppliers.

Compliance & Supplier Performance Administrator
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders internally to build comprehensive overview of supplier performance and contract compliance for continued success. Assist and drive the development and implementation of strategies and projects related to supply base optimization, local contracting strategies, identify and evaluate critical suppliers, ensure contract compliance, manage the approval or rejection of new suppliers.
Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate critical suppliers for the organization
- Manage process for approval or rejection of new supplier requests
- Implement process and qualification criteria for supplier blocking
- Develop process for supplier performance across categories and build comprehensive view of supplier performance
- Drive and develop key performance measures/metrics for key regional Suppliers and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to ensure continuous supplier improvement
- Lead in delivering on strategic supplier events, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Supplier Evaluations, and Executive Review Meetings
- Implement processes to monitor internal stakeholder satisfaction with key suppliers
- Communicate supplier performance management results and activities for assigned suppliers to the stakeholders
- Responsible for supplier base optimization
- Monitor buying behavior to ensure the selected contracts are being utilized and engage with stakeholder in case of none compliance
- Monitor supplier behavior to ensure used contracts are in compliance to agreed terms and condition (price, delivery terms, etc.)
- Update system with contractual terms and ensure that new prices and terms are reflected and uploaded to relevant systems
- Ensure relevant corporate and / or business specific procedures are followed
- Keep your superior and relevant stakeholders informed about the activities within your area of responsibility and discusses essential matters before decisions are made
- Ensure internal and external communications is conducted in a correct and business-like manner
- Report status and deviation in compliance-related matters to management
- Provide subject matter expertise of current regulations, Policies, emerging new regulations affecting contract language, processes, procedures, tools, and contract templates to internal and external departments.
- Lead and facilitate Procurement related audit activities. Follow up of audit findings and present recommendations.
- Lead and facilitate all Responsible Procurement activities.
- Provides training for all procurement personnel related to both internal policies/procedures
Qualification requirements
- Strong communication skills, networking and interpersonal skills through which you can engage with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Formal education on minimum bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant job experience with Supply Chain or similar supplier management tasks
- Relevant experience can compensate for required formal education.
- Fluent written / verbal English
- Analytical and presentation skills
