For our Client, innovative technologies organization, we are currently looking for Comp&Ben Team leader with Italian languageto join newly created SSC in Cracow.
While working at this role you will be responsible for managing the team of Specialists- including tactical team activities. Your role will be also to Lead internal control over HR transactions along with HR Delivery Manager and ensure a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and developing on them.You will be responsible for managing human resource planning, selection, development and periodic performance review of team members.
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 6 years of experience in HR field and at least 3 years of experience in a core C&B role.Work experience in managing a team is also required. An ideal Candidate needs to speak both English and Italian at C1 level. Customer service orientation, ability to create learning atmosphere among team members and strong analytical skills are highly desirable.
