Our Client is a newly established center in Kraków.
Your new role
Within this position you will be a part of a new team responsible for providing community support in multiple languages for the EMEA region. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be also providing support to our clients for all of their queries across multiple channels - chat, email and phone.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in German/French/Russian/Czech/Hungarian is required as well as good level of English. High proficiency using computers is also essential. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
