Commercial Credit Controller - AR - Global Production Company
On this position you will be responsible for perform day to day cash collections and cash application functions.

Our client is an international production and sales company that is a leader in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Due to further development plans of the company we are currently looking for an experienced person for the Commercial Credit Controller for Poland region.
Description
- Perform day to day cash collections and cash application functions
- Define and perform the collections process for 2 entities - production and sales
- Further standardising the Credit & Collection activities, and actively participating to the continuous improvement idea generation process
- Analyse and review credit assessment and terms provided to existing and new customers
- Perform collection reviews with the regions as well as the required follow-ups
- Become an escalation point for all high risk or over trading customers whilst recommending appropriate action to be taken
- Prepare and review monthly performance reports
- Recognises appropriate credit risk strategies to be developed and implemented
- Ensure that the customer payments are adequately allocated
- Ensure integrity of internal controls, in partnership with the Treasury and Compliance Team
Profile
- University degree preferred - especially within Finance and Accounting
- English language knowledge required, nice to have German/French as an addition
- Knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
