Commercial Analyst (m/f)

Client Details
Our client is a multinational company and a leader in chemical industry with manufacturing and distribution operations in Poland. As a result of growth within their organization, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Commercial Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial teams within an organization in terms of business analysis.
Description
- Collecting and analyzing all data centers and financial resources needed for business decision-making
- Defines and documents customer business processes., suggests a more efficient model and work flow process
- Analyze data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provides data support to, fluent with SFDC
- Providing support in terms of business analysis for commercial teams
- Develops technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Determines operational objectives, business metrics, gathers information
- Leads control tower, KPI's and oversees progress and ownership, familiar with common supply chain metrics, OTIF, S&OP, backlog
- Supporting proper communication between entities within the group
- Administering the process flow of trade documentation
- Implementation of methods, tools and reports in purpose of improving the process of development of customer forecast with commercial organization
Profile
- University degree is required
- At least 3 years of experience in conducting similar scope of duties
- Good understanding of underlying business processes and financial analysis
- Action-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to absorb and apply new ideas and concepts
- Well-organized with good analytic skills
- Project management skills are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in an international team
- Fluent English is required
