For our Client, one of the most popular Shared Service Centre in Łódź,we are looking for the person to hold a position Collections Specialist with Dutch.
Your new role:
As a Collections Specialist with Dutchyou will be responsible for organising, supporting and developing accounts receivable process, cash &collection process, executing the collection process for defined customers and following up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sectors. You will be a person who will establish, implement and maintain an effective overdue control and follow-up program for customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue or written-off.
Our requirements:
To be the best Candidate you need to have collections experience, customer service focus, SAP knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills and background in F&A, Economics or Business Administration.Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.
