For our Client located in Krakow we are currently looking for candidates, who would like to join their team.
Working on a Collections Analyst position you will be mostly responsible for contacting customers via telephone and email. In your scope of duties will be also: preparing documentation to clients, updating database, preparing reports for management and ensuring smooth flow on information.
We are looking for fluent English speakers which have at least one year experience in customer service environment, excellent written communication skills and ability to navigate quickly through systems and software. You should also have good, practical knowledge of MS Office and be able to work in stressful situations.
Our Client offers salary between 3800 – 5000 PLN Gross based on experience and skills. If you are interested in this position send us your CV in English.
