ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you are responsible for assisting the CS department. You are focussing on the process of commercial orders and customer service support. You control the shipments and handling all the calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for good contact with internal/external customers. You have knowledge of GMP including various applicable controlled documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Portuguese, English and French
- MBO or HBO degree
- A couple of years of experience in customer service
- Computer skills
