Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Netherlands.
They're a global, full-service Clinical Research Organization and they are occupied with lots of different therapeutic areas. It's an international organisation with offices all over the world with their headquarters in the United States of America. The company is expanding really quickly and there lies a bright future ahead.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You'll be working as a freelance clinical trial assistant to join the global team. The job is office based and a big opportunity to develop yourself and grow in your career. The team exists of 25 people and there is a very informal environment. It's important to know that you have to travel 5% of the time to the main office in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
It's an interesting vacancy for people who want to grow even further in their career.
Your main responsibilities will exist about:
- support departments and projects
- maintain databases and spreadsheets
- facilitate documentation of departmental activities
- coordinate and provide meetings
- schedule meetings/ set up events and make travel arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/Msc in a science related study
- At least 2 years experience in a related function
- Experience with CTA
- Fluent in English and Dutch
