Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for resolving customer queries in close cooperation with global teams. You will be the first point of contact for customers, shaping their experience in terms of product functionality and financial data and becoming advocate of their needs. You will be offering an expert advice over phone and e-mail, you will be up-dating customers on case progress in a timely manner and you will be involved in continuous improvement of the products and market knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be the person with highly-developed interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn and develop. You will have great service skills including active listening, logical approach to problem solving and analytical thinking. Excellent German and English language skills are essential.
