For our Client, a global leader in financial services, we are currently looking for students, graduates and experienced professionals with interest in finance field to join Client Service or Banking Operationsteam in Krakow. Former financial experience is not a must.
You will be responsible fordirect contact with international clients, dealing with telephone and written enquiries and for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Providing solution for clients’ issues as well as anticipating their needs is the core of Client Service and Banking Operations team.
To be a successful Candidateyou must be a fluent English and Italian or German or Spanish speaker (minimum C1 level). Good analytical skills are also required. You should be detail oriented person with strong desire of providing high quality customer service. We are looking for dynamic Graduates and young professionals with University degree. Previous experience in customer service area will be considered as a great advantage. The Company will provide you with deep understanding of financial processes and excellence in handling customer’s queries.
