Your new company For our Client, international retail company with office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates who would like to join Financial Services team!
Your new role
Performing examination on clients activities in order to detect fraudulent activity.
Supporting customers to resolve issues related with unauthorised activity.
Working with data (managing data in internal database).
Fraud analysis against high risk orders and transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
Very good knowledge of English (level B2+).
Willingness to develop within risk / fraud area.
Ability to work on second shift (after 2pm).
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarised with MS Office.
