On behalf of our Client, one of the leading companies in its industry globally, we are currently looking for a person to hold Reporting & E-billing Team Leader position, based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
The Reporting & E-billing Team Leader will take over management of 5-10 persons team, responsible for Manage Reporting & E-billing team performance on daily operational and tactical basis. Design and delivery of financial reports to the practice groups and business support functions and also identify and implement improvements in processes, tools and work organization including active participation in technology implementations. In terms of managerial duties, will be responsible for managing the team, recruiting, training, mentoring, holding escalations, etc. Operationally among others, Reporting & E-billing Team Leader will ensure the delivery of service according to company's standards and procedures and will also be leading or supporting implementation s of new solutions and improvements as well as development of service during transitions.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with 5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Data Analysis or IT in shared service or BPO environment and minimum 1 year Team Leading experience. Due to the international area of service, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers. The ideal candidate should present expert working knowledge of Business Objects and SQL, highly developed communication skills, result-oriented attitude as well as ability to work in a fast changing, corporate environment.
