The Client Operations Analyst 3 helps clients manage daily routine. The candidate will resolve client issues arising from the usage of the Eagle products as well as the Eagle ACCESS service. The candidate will also participate in testing of client workflows and interfaces. Responsible for coordinating with other EA resources should issues arise within the team. The COA 3 will provide high level training for junior team members.
Qualifications
Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, reporting tools, and programming languages is a plus. Must have excellent Excel OR Access skills. Analytical and Troubleshooting skills with basic working knowledge of the investment accounting/performance/reporting Eagle product knowledge Highly resourceful. Strong communications skills, works well within a team environment, garners and effectively communicates viable solutions. Minimum requirement are a Masters Degree (finance or accounting preferable) from an accredited institution. 3-5 years experience in financial services, with at least 1 year supporting Eagle software.
