Your new role
As a Client Management Specialist you will provide an excellent management support and resolve the majority of client enquires at the first point of contact. You will receive/make calls from/to customers and respond to mails/queries related to process timely. You will protectively escalate to the Line Management any issues/transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss. You will respond promptly to time sensitive and high value queries and escalations from both other departments and direct from clients.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need a very good knowledge of English, knowledge of French or German will be a big advantage. We are looking for excellent client focus and orientation candidates with great time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Previous technical help desk experience would be an asset. The right candidate should be an enthusiastic team player, capable to demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn.
