For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Client Due Diligence Officer.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for reviewing initial or existing customer risk ratings and ensure the appropriate due diligence checks are undertaken. You will be also ensuring all documents submitted for client due diligence are in line with approved policies and procedures and ensuring that the customer issues/ problems related to the cross-border account opening processes are effectively resolved.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, fluency in English is required (at least C1 level). Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and KYC processes would be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer driven approach. A Candidate should also be well organized and have ability to work in a team.
