For our Client, start-up organization specialized in retail area, we are currently looking for a candidates, who would like to join Customer Finance Department in Cracow.
Working as a Clearing and Collection Analystyou will be responsible for payment processes such as clearing of accounts and transactions according to market standards, monitoring of differences and correction of payment runs, importing and manual creating of payment, executing of payment transactions for various methods (credit cards, check, cash of delivery) as well as contacting customers for payment via telephone and email. In your scope of duties will be also: preparing and processing serial letters, clearing accounts and transactions, notifying of account changes to agencies, clearing credit notes and associated dispute cases or preparing periodic statements for customers.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good German( Englishis also needed) and have at least a half year experience in Customer Finance/Accounts Receivable. We also would like you to have excellent written communication and computer skills. Knowledge of accountancy rules and processes and understanding of carious payments methods would be an asset.
