Chief Accountant with Navision (Ochota)
Ideal candidate is a person who is eager to take a new step in his / her career as a chief accountant with 4-5 people team. We are looking for a person with dynamism, ability to act proactively and who speaks english fluent. Long managerial experience is not crucial - what is needed: leadership skills, ability to work closely with all accounting aspects and very good communication skills. Navision experience is required.

Our Client is an international company operating is B2C sector, which services are well known. The company develops very fast, as the clients really praise the quality of the service. The office is located in Ochota. The potential candidate will report directly to CEO and CFO in region in english.
Description
- Supervise all accounting processes within the company
- Daily responsibility for accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and relevant external reporting
- Prepare financial statements as well as tax and GUS declarations
- Liaise with third-parties (social security authorities, tax authorities, vendors, clients)
- Work closely with auditors for year-end audits
- Be an active member of the finance management team
- Lead, coach and develop the accounting team
Profile
- University degree in accounting or finance,
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience on independent position in accounting, preferably in B2C
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, Polish Accounting Standards and local tax regulations
- Working knowledge of Navision is a must
- Very good MS Excel knowledge is a must
- Very good English is a must
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Pro-active, open-minded person
