Chief Accountant - Finance Business Partner (m/f)
This role will be responsible for the efficient and effective managing of the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization. Selected person will cooperate with company's business centre and report directly to local CFO.

Our client is a well-established international company from HLS sector. To support their office operations in Poland we are seeking to recruit an ambitious Candidate for the position of Chief Accountant who will act as a Finance Business Partner for company's management.
Description
- Supervise accounting processes within the company
- Cooperate with company's local business centre
- Prepare financial statements as well as NBP, GUS and other declarations
- Dealing with tax issues, VAT especially
- Supervising transfer pricing related issues
- Daily responsibility for accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and relevant external reporting
- Work closely with internal and external auditors for year-end audits
- Liaise with third-parties (tax authorities, vendors, clients, banks)
- Supervising of documents archiving
- Cooperation with company's department, recognizing others needs and implementing new procedures to maximize potential and simplify procedures
- Supporting purchasing orders and
- Improve accounting performance, be an active member of regional financial team
- Ready to take part in group's procedures improvement process on international level
Profile
- University degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an international organization
- Solid knowledge of Polish Accounting Standards and local tax regulations
- Knowledge of IFRS is essential
- Working knowledge of ERP class system: SAP system is a must!
- Fluent English is required
- Certificate of Ministry of Finance
- Experience in process improvement
- Readiness to drive changes, implement new procedures
- Assertiveness, independence, open to the challenges
- Well-organized person with high negotiation skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
