For our Client, the global manufacturing company, we are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious Candidate for the position of CFN EMEA FP&A Lead.
The job of the CFN EMEA FP&A Lead will include activities that are value creation focused and forward looking. Responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insight into evaluating acquisition targets, products and customers. Additionally, this role will focus on top line growth, cost of goods sold efficiencies and overall business performance management. By relying on the Accounting & Finance Lead role to produce accurate and timely financial and management reports, this position provides analysis and insight into the direction of the business and proactively challenges the status quo. This role is a key member of the business leadership team and will have dual reporting to both the Managing Director, CFN EMEA and the CFN Group FP&A Leader.
To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 7-10 years’ regional experience at similar position in multinational company (preferably from FMCG/Automotive sectors), Master Degree in Finance and fluent English. As you will be responsible for building international FP&A team, it is necessary for you to present proven leadership across multiple countries. What is crucial for the position is demonstrated ability to develop long term strategic plans and ability to integrate and interpret disparate sources of data using broad range of analytical data tools. If you are able to understand the business (products/services, customers, processes) and their key drivers of success (how they make money, what the business costs are), this position is for you! We need the Candidate to relate to others with candor, openness and transparency as well as to build trust across multiple stakeholder groups. All the professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) will be highly appreciated.
