Currently we are looking for experienced senior professional who will take up the challenge and exciting opportunity to lead the customer service departmentworking on international markets.
On this position you will play a key role in the design and improve operations of the developing department including key responsibilities such as: track record of operations of the centre for a multinational company, manage overall operations mostly across customer care / customer service area, actively participate in decision making and strategy development to shape the structures and future direction as well as represent the branch in interactions with internal and external parties.
We are looking for a senior manager with significant experience in leading, managing and developing peopleas well as experience preferably in within customer service / customer advisory area. Strong business acumen, fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are also necessary to be successful on this position.
