Our Client is an international company which has decided to establish a new center in Cracow, due to expansion of their operations. The Centre will focus mostly on F&A, order manageemntprocesses - currently we are in the processes of completing leadership team, including SSC Head who will be the core of the center in Poland. The major responsibilities on this position will include:
We are looking for a leaderwho presents relevant experience in managing teams in SSC / BPO centre, having exposure to senior stakeholders as well as background in financial / supply chain operations. You need to speak fluent English as well as present high business acumen, excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.Process improvement mind-set as well as previous experience in building new structures are also desirable.

- Building new SSC in Cracow, recruiting the leadership team and creating the culture
- Establishing structure, service delivery indicators, governance and working on process stabilization and improvements – managing the finance transformation initiative
- Evaluate organization effectiveness and performance, driving change initiatives – implementation of process improvement projects and overseeing the transition processes together with transition team
- Drive talent strategy in partnership with HR, including development paths and leadership development while managing the Finance & Accounting team together with direct reports from Internal Organization department, Transition and HR
