For our client, a global corporation from the medical industry, with the Shared Services Centre located in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates for the position of Cash Operations Specialist.
The role is a part of Reconciliation Team which controls and follows up on open items on vendor accounts, making payment proposal reviews and analysing on Goods Received/Invoices Received process.
As a Cash Operations Specialist you will be responsible for releasing payments, performing manual payment process, verifying and analysing correctness of payments, handling rejections and reconciling intermediary accounts.
To be a successful candidate you would need 1-2 years of professional experience in the area of accounting & payments (AP/GL processes) in a Shared Service Center or in a large international business environment. Fluent English is a must. Additionally, we require a good understanding of finance and accounting principles, SAP knowledge is highly appreciated.
