For the newly opened and growing Global Customer Care Center we are looking for candidates for the position of

 

CallDesk operator with Turkish language

The candidate hired for this position will be responsible for registration and distribution of service requests from Turkish customers, monitoring their status of and updating of the database of installed devices. Moreover, she/he will explain the discrepancies with customers and partner companies.

We would like to invite to the recruitment process the candidates who meet the following criteria:

- at least secondary education;

- very good knowledge of Turkish;

- good knowledge of English;

- computer literacy - MS Office programs (mostly Microsoft Outlook and Excel);

- the ability to conduct telephone conversations;

- accuracy and commitment;

- willingness to work in shifts;

- experience in work related to customer service will be an asset.
