For the newly opened and growing Global Customer Care Centre we are looking for candidates for the position of
CallDesk operator with Danish language
The candidate hired for this position will be responsible for registration and distribution of service requests from Swedish customers, monitoring their status and updating the database of installed devices. Moreover, she/he will explain the discrepancies with customers and partner companies.
We would like to invite to the recruitment process the candidates who meet the following criteria:
- at least secondary education;
- very good knowledge of Danish;
- communicative knowledge of English;
- computer literacy - MS Office programs (mostly Microsoft Outlook and Excel);
- willingness to work in shifts;
- experience in work related to customer service will be an asset.
