C++ Developer
Kraków
Main Duties:
- Supporting Valuation Control in the running and implementation of Fair Value Adjustments and providing support to users of Pegasus, an internal system,
- Undertaking various quantitative and non-quantitative work, such as running analysis, testing tools and interacting with external teams to assist with specific projects,
- Contributing to the Analytics C++ Library,
- Working closely with colleagues in the department function, onshore teams and stakeholders, actively engaging with other team members and contributing to team discussions on valuation issues,
- Being involved in multiple projects across different locations globally, often simultaneously
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving,
- Masters / PhD Graduate in Computer Science. Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering discipline.
- Good / Very Good knowledge of C++, VBA or other programming languages.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Probability Theory, Pricing Models, Risk models, Statistical Models,
- Knowledge of basics of SQL querying,
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
