ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Buyer Indirect Spend you will be responsible for managing the spend of indirect procurement of Human Resources, Marketing and Fairs & Events needed to support the operations as well as the overall procurement process. The candidate we seek will be able to independently evaluate and research alternatives, form conclusions and make recommendations based on a sound business case and facts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the P2P process & Stakeholder Management for indirect materials
- Execute multi bidding process for purchases related to existing strategies or for a defined spend limit
- Contracts implementation, commercial negotiations and supplier's performance analysis. Combided with the creation of suppliers management with a long-term approach
- Market analysis (measure, analyze and manage suppliers performance) to ensure the lowest TCO
- Develop and implement a strategic procurement strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related
- Strong communication and management skills
- > 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Indirect Procurement related to HR, Marketing and Fairs & Events
- Experience in the Food/FMCG industry is an additional plus
- Fluent in English
