Job Description
You will be involved in a long-term project related to the development of new functionalities of the Customer Care System in Telecommunication.
Key responsibilities :
- Business requirement collection and analysis
- Business process mapping
- Elaboration and update of project documentations
- Coordination of work between business, developers and testers
- Support during UAT Phases
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of UML, SQL and Enterprise Architect
- At least 2 years of experience in Business / System Analysis related to the implementation of an IT Solution
- Knowledge of Customer Care, CRM, Billing functional area in TELECOM
- Knowledge of IT Project Management (Agile Approach)
