Business/System Analyst (infrastructure, CMBD)

At the moment we are looking for:

- Taking part in infrastructure related projects (like for example replacement of configuration management database management - CMDB)
- Delivering requirements specifications documentation (reviewed and aligned with key features and project requirements)
- Describing processes, ensuring understanding between business stakeholders and IT project team
- Collaboration with depending projects & releases, identifying and managing project dependencies
- Collaboration with other BA's, product managers, project managers, architecture and engineering teams across the hosting and data centers
- Min. 4 years of experience as business or system analyst (banking experience preferred)
- Previous experience in IT Infrastructure projects is a plus
- Experience of working with CMDB (configuration management database) /inventory asset management databases
- Understanding of IT infrastructure: databases, servers, network devices, storage
- Analytical skills, ability to understand business needs and translate them into requirements and functional specifications documents
- Fluent English
- Experience in work in distributed and multinational environment is a plus (lots of works will be on calls)
- Previous experience with HP Qulity center / HP Asset Manager is a plus
- Higher education - computer science/IT preferred
