Your new role
As a Business Process Administrator you will provide ongoing execution of key processes, including grant/contract payments and the creation and upkeep of audit trails. You will be also dedicated to ensure procurement, grant and services operations run smoothly, keep track of contracts and invoices, manage the processes, keep accurate records and assist programme teams on milestone management. Your scope of duties will include also: ensuring our Client is ready for audit, procedures are in place and followed for logging relevant documentation and producing reports for internal and external auditors using Process Management Tool. Your role will focus on supporting on Supporting Project Managers.
What you'll need to succeed
All you need to be successful in this role is experience of working with business processes such as invoicing, project management and purchase orders, advanced MS Excel skills and fluency in English. If you have strong numerical skills, ability to process large volumes of data and the ability to apply these skills in a business context, you are the right match!We are looking also for somebody with solid organisational, prioritisation and time management skills and the ability to coordinate and track multiple projects simultaneously.
