Your new role
We come to you with a unique role on the market which is the interface between Sales, Finance, Legal Department, Business Operation, Order Centre.
The main scope of the role is to insures alignment to the guidelines regarding commercial collaboration with an assigned portfolio of clients. Communication is the key here in order to deal with internal but also with external customers regarding contract establishment, price & condition or settlement of bonus agreements. You will need to be customer focus and proactive in cooperation with Global Projecting and Sales teams for different projects. Both your diplomacy and negotiation skills are being put to good use in handling cash collection and support accrual overview. Having a continuous improvement mindset your ideas will be welcomed when it comes to Improve & align processes within the Business Operation & Controlling. Moreover while being friendly with the client and a true supportive colleague to the other departments you will need to coordinate the budget and forecasting jointly with Finance department.
What you'll need to succeed
Advanced knowledge of English and any of the following languages Russian, German, French, Spanish. Job experience in AR/AP/GL, Financial analysis or Controlling or any other related fields. Advanced level of Excel knowledge would be highly desirable. Since you'll have direct contact with the Customers, strong interpersonal communication skills and highly customer focused are necessary competencies, as well as advanced analytical skills
