Business Marketing Communication Manager

Location: Warszawa

For our client, a global industrial product and services provider, we are looking for a Business Marketing Communication Manager for a position based in Warsaw. The person will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring results in Marketing Communication activities in Poland.

 

 Main responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute annual MarCom plan in support of country business organic growth objectives, manage MarCom activities calendar and marketing budget
  • Manage marketing activities: Organize and execute campaigns, Event coordination, PR
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Global Marketing, ensuring they are engaged in marketing programs
  • Cooperate with local Business on selection and communication of Customer Stories
  • Track, evaluate field marketing program effectiveness/ROI and present results in team meetings
  • Serve as key contact on all marketing-related activities for Sales team
  • Develop relationships with local user groups, technology and industry associations and other relevant "influencer" group

 

Required skills: 

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in marketing and/or communication, in international company (energy, new technology, industry or IT sector)
  • Capacity to manage relationship at C-level, become a reliable partner for Business VP and leadership team in the country, ability to assess situation and make decision, highly develop social skills
  • Digital oriented, able to define and deploy new digital communication tools and processes improving customer journey and fostering Brand development
  • Focus on customers and strong knowledge in transactional business, channel management, solutions and services business
  • Functional competencies: Marketing and strategy planning, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Brand management, Public relations and advertising, Event Marketing and Customer Experience.
  • Global mindset, open minded and result oriented, proactive
  • English - fluent in written and spoken
