Business Manager FMCG
For our Client, European interior design company, offering high quality products in kitchen and home-ware category, we are looking for a Business Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for growing the business in Poland, driving sales relationships with retailers and also building marketing strategy with omnichannel approach.

Description
- Perform duties related to all aspects of Key account Management (e.g. negotiations with large retail
chains, producing quotes, participating in tender etc.) - Draw up an annual Business plan with SMART objectives for Poland
- Prepare and finalise turnover costs budget with Regional Sales Director
- Create new omnichannel ideas to strengthen the business,
- Travel extensively throughout Poland and to fairs and corporate meetings abroad
- Follow up sales by visiting stores and getting a firm understanding on what is happening in the market
place - Develop a clear market segmentation
- Expand customer platform by identifying new customers and selling new product concepts
- Make a business plan for the main accounts
- Set marketing pricing together with Regional Sales Director
- Make a concrete market introduction plan for newly introduced products
- Monitor and develop the basic assortment
- Prepare and Participate in fairs
Profile
- Bachelor Degree (ideally in business and/or marketing)
- Over 5 years of experience in Key Accounts Management
- Management experience is a plus or at least the strong ambition and set of skills to be one
- Specific knowledge of and experience with consumer goods and retail business in Poland
- Knowledge of Omnichannel, online and offline marketing
- Building relationships and network
- Independent, eager and result oriented
- Good listener with a sufficient level of empathy
- Pro-active problem solver
- English on a proficient communication level-spoken and written
