The main responsibilities of Business Improvement Specialist are:
- knowledge management (reviews, reports, feedback to management, process solutions, scripts);
- problem management (analysis of repeated failures and trends based on reporting, delivery of problems solutions as input for continous improvement program);
- escalations handling (e.g. Customer or management escalations);
- daily reports (create, review, share and potentially escalate).
Requirements:
- excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writing), other languages would be welcome;
- at least 1 year experience on similar position;
- higher mathematical education (or similar);
- analytical skills;
- logical reasoning;
- the ability to see cause and effect relationships;
- the ability to draw conclusions;
- process oriented attitude;
- engagement and inquisitiveness.
