Our Client is a leading European producer of plastic packaging for food products sector. Company developed technology to manufacture films and high-barrier bags so that your products conserve all their flavour and freshness.
Poland is perceived as one of the most important markets in Europe and our client has a green field operations running in the North- Western part of the country.
Description
- Building strong and long-term relationships with key end-users
- Delivering a targeted revenue and margin from the dedicated region
- Identifying and delivering new business opportunities
- Developing tailored solutions to the unique customer needs and competitive offering.
- Proactively gathering feedback and data for annual planning.
- Providing feedback for R&D of new products. Assisting business teams in identifying target accounts for new product launches.
Profile
- We are looking for sales individual with min three years of experience in packaging solutions for food industry.
- Higher education with technical background
- High self-motivation, ability to work independently
- Ability to connect with customers in large, international corporation, as well as with local firms
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Sales background in thermoforming, carton packaging or injection moulding packaging would be an asset.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently in Poland ( Western and Northern Part of the country).
- Fluent English
