Business Development Manager
WarsawGeneral Duties of the Business Development Manager:
- Preparation of the recommendations concerning business development strategy of the client in reference to the select therapeutic group,
-Identify and follow up on potential business opportunity leads
- Identify and develop sales strategies for the implementation of new services.
- Management of the project portfolio within the area of the select therapeutic group
- Active tracking of market trends within the select therapeutic group as well as preparation of the recommendations to include the Project into the project portfolio of the company
- Managing the project teams,
- Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities that will meet or exceed annually defined sales targets.
- Effectively manage business relationships with existing clients, as appropriate.
- Support profile of the company's pharma services including exhibitions, conferences, direct marketing, and advertising.
Skills/Experience required:
- Degree educated,preferably Science or management (or equivalent experience) with significant relevant Pharmaceutical experience
- Pharmaceutical background in Business Development, Client / Account Management, Sales
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Product Development / Commercial manufacturing
- Presentation / negotiation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Able to travel throughout Europe 50% of the time
