THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.

For one of our Clients, a local pharmaceutical company, I am looking for a Business Development Manager.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

A Business Development Manager's main goal is to improve a companies financial growth and with that to develop a companies market position The Business Development Manager defines long-term organizational strategic goals, develop a strong marketing understanding, builds key customer relationships, negotiates and closes business deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify potential opportunities
- Develop Key client relationships
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Closely collaborate with (technical) staff and colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Attend & Lead social effents for example conferences

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3 - 6 years experience within Business Development/Sales.
- Persuasive attitude, an internal motivation for Sales.
- Able to identify Customer Needs.
- Ability to efficiently organise social events.
