For our client, one of the most dynamically developing companies in polish IT solutions company on the market, we are looking for candidates on the position of Business Development Manager. Company co-operates with big brands in the area of e-marketing both locally and globally.
The hired employee will be responsible for acquiring the international prospects in terms of the long company's strategy.
Description
- Map the international market, identify and acquire new customers
- Responsible for the realisation of sales budget in accordance with the established strategy
- Negotiate independently trade agreements
- Active sales of complex IT solutions
- Monitor competitor's activities and analyse sales results
- Client segmentation and creating standard procedures
- Portfolio management and cooperation with Sales Director on shaping pricing and product policy
- Strengthen company's positive image in order to support achievement of commercial goals
Profile
- Over 3 years of successful professional background in sales to abroad / international clients (located out of Poland) with an experience in selling new technology solutions;
- Extensive knowledge and a good understanding of new technology solutions / software / marketing strategies;
- Excellent customers service skills and ability to build strong customer relationship
- Very good organisation skills, both to work independently and as a part of a team;
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- driven;
- Focus on goals with out-of-the-box thinking;
- Fluency in English is a must;
